Role
We are hiring two Senior Machine Learning Engineers to help design, train, and deploy advanced AI models that power our next-generation agriculture technologies. In this role, you will lead or co-lead AI development for one of our flagship products, including:
- 3D Grain Bin Fill Volume Measurement
- Fungicide Application & Management
- Hail Damage Assessment
- Crop Yield Loss Assessment
- Field Boundary Detection & Analysis
You’ll play a key role in turning cutting-edge research into real-world solutions that farmers, insurers, and the agriculture sector rely on every day.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of machine learning models and algorithms.
- Analyze and preprocess large-scale datasets to create robust, high-quality training pipelines.
- Implement and optimize ML models for computer vision, deep learning, and geospatial AI applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams—software engineers, data scientists, and product managers—to integrate models into production systems.
- Evaluate model performance using diverse metrics and continuously refine for accuracy, scalability, and reliability.
- Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and establish best practices in ML development.
- Stay ahead of the curve by monitoring advancements in AI, ML, and computer vision research.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field (Ph.D. preferred).
- 5+ years of industry experience with a proven track record of building and deploying successful, AI-powered, high-impact projects or products.
- Strong publication record in top-tier conferences/journals (e.g., ICCV, CVPR) preferred.
- Proficiency in Python and machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch.
- Deep understanding of ML algorithms, statistical methods, and large-scale data processing.
- Proven experience leveraging AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate coding, debugging, and optimization.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
