Your Impact:

  • Engage & Inspire: Cultivate relationships with potential clients in Canada, the USA, Australia, and beyond through compelling presentations and demos, ensuring our AI solutions captivate and resonate.
  • Foster Relationships: Establish and maintain trust as the primary point of contact for prospective clients, laying the foundation for enduring partnerships.
  • Market Innovations: Showcase our transformative AI products on-site to producers, tailoring solutions to their unique agronomic and crop production needs, thereby driving sales and market presence.

Who We Seek:


  • Experienced in Agricultural Sales: Demonstrated success in agricultural sales, particularly B2B, with a minimum of 2 years, showcasing a history of exceeding targets and driving growth.
  • Agronomy Expertise: At least 2 years of practical experience in agronomy, including crop inputs, yield estimation, crop protection, and advisory services.
  • Strategic Communicator: Exceptional negotiation skills and adeptness in engaging with C-level executives distinguish you.
  • Motivated Achiever: With a goal-driven and proactive mindset, you are ready to embrace challenges and innovate solutions.
  • Adaptable Communicator: Skilled in articulating complex concepts persuasively, tailoring your approach to suit diverse audiences.

  • Build and Nurture: Be the go-to contact for prospective clients, establishing trust and a deep understanding of their needs today and into the future. Your relationship-building skills will lay the groundwork for long-term partnerships.
  • Follow-Up and Connect: Keep in touch with decision-makers, blending persistence with value, to discover new opportunities and reinforce SGA’s commitment to their success.
  • Drive and Convert: Turn potential leads into valuable clients, articulating the benefits of our solutions in alignment with their business goals.

Who You Are:
