1. Title:  Business Development Manager (Agriculture)

Job Summary

We are currently in search of a dependable, motivated, and experienced Business Development Manager with a background in Agriculture and or software development to join our team. In this role, you will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and collaborate closely with our research and development team to optimize, commercialize, and sell our AI-powered product.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales and Business Development: Take the lead in guiding, mentoring, and coaching team members to positively influence the organization. Engage with customers to generate leads and drive sales. Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to enhance our customer relationship management process.
  • Partner Collaboration: Utilize insights from our AI-powered crop yield estimation and grain grading applications to collaborate with partners and develop innovative agricultural solutions.
  • Network Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with farmers, grain buyers, customers, agronomists, and influential industry partners to encourage the continued adoption of our tools.
  • Market Integration: Promote, encourage adoption, and ensure ongoing utilization of our AI-powered crop production solutions.
  • Agronomy Support for AI-Powered Product Development: Provide expert, comprehensive agronomy support for the development of our AI-powered crop product.

Skills and Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Development Specialist in Agriculture in Canada.
  • Extensive knowledge of western Canadian crop production systems.
  • Comprehensive experience with in-season crop yield estimation, grain grading, crop insurance assessment, and management of seeding, fertilizer, and fungicides.
  • Familiarity with innovative direct seeding or precision technologies, variable rate technology, and yield mapping.
  • Enthusiasm for acquiring new skills and embracing new technologies.
  • Ability to work at our office located in Innovation Place, Saskatoon.

2. Title: Machine Learning Team Lead 

The Role

As the Machine Learning Team Lead, you will be at the forefront of our computer vision team’s strategic development. Your purview will encompass the design, development, customization, and optimization of innovative computer vision algorithms tailored for agricultural applications. This vital role also necessitates contributing to the evolution of our esteemed Machine Learning Team.

You will spearhead a diverse team comprising computer vision specialists, researchers, and research engineers, all collaborating to deliver AI-powered solutions for the agriculture industry. We envision our ideal candidate as a pioneering leader with an established track record in computer vision, deep learning, and perception. We value your passion for leading projects from ideation to fruition, translating groundbreaking ideas into tangible realities. Key Responsibilities:

  • Steer the technical direction of our AI algorithm development team.
  • Design and refine cutting-edge computer vision algorithms for agricultural applications.
  • Conceptualize, script, integrate, and evaluate commercially viable software for our AI-driven mobile and cloud platforms.
  • Ensure streamlined operation and prompt adaptation of existing computer applications.
  • Execute comprehensive research and appraisal of various software products.
  • Collaborate proactively with customers and AI team members to capitalize on GeoAI to tackle pressing issues within the agricultural sector.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in computer vision, deep learning, machine learning, or AI methodologies.
  • Noteworthy contributions to prestigious journals and conferences (e.g., ICCV, CVPR).
  • At least 3 years of experience in devising commercially successful mobile and/or cloud applications.
  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience in developing machine learning models.
  • Proficiency in backend server design and data-warehousing implementation.
  • Command over Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and/or other ML languages and frameworks.
  • Familiarity with TensorFlow Lite will be considered an asset.

Education:

Candidates should possess a master’s or Ph.D. degree in Computer Vision, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, AI, or a field closely related.

3. Title: Software Developer

We are at the forefront of developing innovative GeoAI-driven products that aim to revolutionize worldwide wheat production, contributing to global food production and security. We are currently seeking an experienced and talented Software Developer to join our team and play a pivotal role in our software development efforts.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, modify, integrate, and test software code for various AI mobile and cloud applications.
  • Enhance and maintain existing computer programs as needed.
  • Identify, communicate, and resolve technical issues, streamlining processes, and implementing solutions.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation on software status, operation, and maintenance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document user requirements.
  • Assist in the development of logical and physical specifications for software projects.
  • Research, evaluate, and recommend AI-powered software products to address project needs.
  • Develop, modify, integrate, and test software code for e-commerce and other internet applications.

4. Title: Marketing Coordinator

Job Description:

Super GeoAI Technology (SGA) is a fast-growing geospatial artificial intelligence (GeoAI) technology company with offices in Calgary and Saskatoon. We’re developing GeoAI-driven products that have the potential to revolutionize worldwide wheat production and positively impact global food production and security. We’re rapidly expanding and aiming to extend our market from Canada to other global markets. As a Marketing Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in the company’s marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct public opinion surveys to identify consumer preferences, competitiveness, and market features to set specific directions for later marketing activities.
  • Plan marketing initiatives and undertake marketing activities.
  • Be familiar with website marketing, including coordinating email marketing campaigns, using Google Ads, LinkedIn, WeChat, and other global and Chinese digital platforms.
  • Manage relationships with clients and external stakeholders to ensure high-quality and timely execution of marketing programs, including visiting potential customers and external stakeholders in both the Canadian and Asian markets.
  • Coordinate publicity and media events, communicate with the media, answer written and oral inquiries, and maintain a positive brand image.
  • Assist in the preparation of brochures, newsletters, and other marketing materials.
  • Develop and organize workshops, meetings, trade shows, and other events for publicity and informative purposes.
