We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition & HR Specialist to help us build the team that will take Super GeoAI to the next level. With 20+ roles open right now, we need someone who thrives in a fast-moving startup, knows how to spot top talent, and has the network to bring them in. You’ll be our connector, recruiter, and culture builder—helping us scale a bold, ambitious team ready to transform agriculture with AI.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the full-cycle hiring process for 20+ open roles across tech, product, and business functions.
  • Leverage your network across Canada’s tech ecosystem to identify and engage great people.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline so we’re always ahead of our hiring needs.
  • Partner closely with leadership and the development team to define roles and find the right fit.
  • Use creative sourcing strategies—LinkedIn, referrals, universities, incubators, meetups, and events.
  • Represent SGA at career fairs and industry events as a key voice for our brand.
  • Support HR essentials including onboarding, feedback processes, and engagement programs.
  • Help shape and strengthen our culture, making SGA a place where top talent thrives.

Qualifications:

    • 3+ years of experience in recruiting or HR, ideally in tech or startups.
    • A strong professional network across Canada—you know where to find top talent.
    • Experience sourcing and hiring AI specialists, engineers, and software developers.
    • A proven track record of filling multiple roles quickly without compromising on quality.
    • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills—you connect easily with people.
    • Highly organized, proactive, and results-driven—you make things happen.
    • Passionate about startups, growth, and building teams that create real impact.
    • Proven experience using AI-powered recruiting tools to identify top talent and streamline hiring processes.
