Super GeoAI Technology Inc. is hiring two Senior AI Algorithm Engineers to help develop advanced AI solutions for agriculture and geospatial intelligence.
This is a high-impact role for experienced AI researchers and engineers who are passionate about translating cutting-edge research into practical, production-ready technologies. In this role, you will help design, train, evaluate, and deploy advanced AI models that support real-world decision-making for farmers, insurers, and the broader agriculture sector.
Our flagship product areas include:
- Wildlife and Hail Damage Assessment
- Field Boundary Detection & Analysis
- Crop Yield Loss Assessment and Fungicide Application
You will work closely with AI engineers, software developers, GIS specialists, and product leaders to create innovative solutions that deliver measurable value in the field.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize advanced AI, machine learning, and deep learning algorithms for computer vision and geospatial applications.
- Lead the training, validation, testing, and deployment of machine learning models for production environments.
- Build and improve robust data pipelines for large-scale image, geospatial, and agricultural datasets.
- Evaluate model performance using appropriate metrics and continuously improve accuracy, generalization, scalability, and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into operational software systems and commercial products.
- Contribute to research-driven innovation and help translate new technical ideas into high-impact product capabilities.
- Stay current with the latest developments in AI, machine learning, computer vision, and geospatial intelligence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field; Ph.D. preferred.
- A strong publication record in top-tier AI, computer vision, or machine learning conferences and journals, such as ICCV, CVPR, NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, or similar venues, is required.
- Demonstrated experience in computer vision algorithm development is required.
- Deep understanding of machine learning, deep learning, computer vision, statistical methods, and large-scale data processing is required.
- Experience designing, training, fine-tuning, and deploying machine learning models in real-world environments is preferred.
- 3+ years of industry experience building and delivering AI-powered products or high-impact applied AI projects is preferred.
- Experience in agriculture, remote sensing, drone imagery, geospatial AI, or environmental AI is considered a strong asset.
