Role
We are hiring two Machine Learning Engineers to design, train, and deploy advanced AI models powering our next-generation agriculture technologies. You’ll work directly on SGA’s core AI products, turning cutting-edge research into real-world AI solutions that farmers, insurers, and the agriculture sector depend on every day.
Key Responsibilities:
- Explore, develop, and refine AI and GeoAI models using real-world field data.
- Build prototypes of algorithms, evaluate performance, and benchmark them on production-scale datasets.
- Provide technical input to software engineers for implementing ML algorithms in production systems.
- Implement and optimize models in computer vision, deep learning, and geospatial AI applications.
- Collaborate across teams—including software engineers, data scientists, and product managers—to deploy robust AI solutions.
- Continuously monitor and improve model performance for scalability, reliability, and accuracy.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of industry experience with a track record of building and deploying successful, AI-powered projects or products.
- Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch.
- Strong knowledge of ML algorithms, statistical methods, and large-scale data processing.
- Proven experience leveraging AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate coding, debugging, and optimization.
