As a key member of our Sales and Business Development team, you’ll be on the front lines of the agricultural industry—introducing SGA’s revolutionary AI solutions to crop insurance providers and producers worldwide. Working directly with the founders, you’ll help drive growth, shape go-to-market strategy and strengthen SGA’s position as a global leader in AgTech. Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage & Inspire – Reach out to potential clients across Canada, the USA, Australia, and beyond. Deliver tailored presentations and demos that highlight the value of our solutions.
  • Build & Nurture Relationships – Act as the trusted point of contact for prospective clients, developing deep understanding of their needs and building long-term partnerships.
  • Follow Up & Convert – Stay connected with decision-makers, turning conversations into contracts while showcasing SGA’s commitment to client success.
  • Drive Sales Growth – Convert leads into clients by aligning SGA’s solutions with their business goals and industry challenges.
  • Innovate for Clients – Keep clients updated on new offerings and industry trends, positioning SGA as a long-term partner in innovation.
  • Research & Strategize – Conduct market research to identify opportunities and craft strategies that expand SGA’s market presence.

Qualifications:

  • Experience – 2+ years in business development or B2B sales, with a proven record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Strong Communicator – Skilled in negotiation and confident engaging with executives and decision-makers.
  • Goal-Oriented – Self-motivated, results-driven, and eager to turn challenges into opportunities.
  • Adaptable & Persuasive – Able to communicate complex ideas clearly, tailoring your approach to different audiences.
  • AgTech/Insurance Background (Nice to Have) – Familiarity with agriculture, crop insurance, or SaaS sales is a strong asset.
  • Tech-Savvy – Proven experience leveraging AI-powered tools to identify prospects, analyze markets, and accelerate the sales process.
